Returns & refunds

We want you to be happy with every BeyBazar purchase. If something isn't right, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached where applicable.
• Contact support with your order number to start a return.
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.
• Some categories (e.g. perishables, personal care) may be excluded — see product page notes.
